Panera Bread is a chain restaurant that was founded by Ken Rosenthal in 1987 in the small town of Riverwood, Missouri. The restaurant was then later developed into a national restaurant in 1999. Panera is judged as North America's healthiest fast food chain restaurants. It is also became America's leading free wifi provider in 2007. Now Panera has brought the new technology of the kiosk. The Kiosks are a way to make service much more faster and easier for the customers. They also have call in ordering as well as online ordering to make life much easier. 

The menu of Panera Bread has a wide variety of options to choose from. They offer many different types of sandwiches, salads, pastas, and a variety of drinks, as well as pastries to pick from. Panera Bread also offers many different types of coffees to choose from as well. Favorites to choose from the menu are the frontega chicken panini, chicken caesar salads, mac & cheese is one of the most requested items as as well as their broccoli cheddar soup. They also have a children's menu that consists of a healthy variety of child friendly foods.

The atmosphere when a person walks into panera is friendly. You walk through the two set of glass double doors and automatically you are greeted by the bakery. Next you walk over and you see the kiosks as well as registers. Over to the left and the right there are places to sit down and eat with your family and friends. There will most likely be many customers studying or working with their laptops out over their lunch break. When you get your food they will give you a beeper that will beep once your food is ready to be taken out to you at your table. Towards the back there is a bench for those who chose not to eat in and take their food back home or to their job. In the back you will see the station for those who asked for drinks there is a variety of drinks to choose from. There is a variety of sodas, iced teas as well as lemonades. Once you get to the main seating area there is a small fireplace, booths and tables. There is also a small area for once customers are done eating for them to drop off their plates trash trays and utensils. If you look over to the back of the restaurant through the small double doors that lead to the hitchen you will see Jaeden Beasley.

Jaeden Beasley is a worker for the company. Jaeden is a tall boy with black curly hair that works at panera as a prep boy. It his job to prep all of the food that is being cooked and given to the customers. According to Jaeden the best part of working at Panera is the energy that is given off. He likes to work there because the other workers there are very nice people, they are all friendly and easy to work with. The management at panera is very nice the managers are very understanding. They know how control the restaurant and make sure that customers get their food in an orderly fashion. According to Jaeden the busiest time to work there is lunch and dinner time. The location of this Panera is located in a very convenient spot. It is located right by a Walmart in the Buckhorn Plaza. Business is great or the location since it is right off the highway and there are multiple shopping centers around.

In all Panera is a very family friendly place to go to eat with family and friends or to even go by yourself and study or work out of the office. The chain restaurant is a healthy alternative to fast food. The atmosphere the restaurant gives off the moment you walk in is a very calming and warm. Workers at a panera are friendly as well as welcoming.
